The Craziest Sound in the World

from Bohacz & Frenz · host Bohacz & Frenz

This represents a continuation of the experimental sound making I started with my track “Electronic Tonalities.” I used almost the same method in this track to produce the sounds in that one. The only difference is the loudness gets low in certain sections. If memory serves I had to lower the record level for some technical reason. These experiments probably damaged our Webcor reel-to-reel tape recorder, the technical quality of our recordings seems to get worse over time. Then again dirty heads could have been the culprit, I didn't know I needed to clean them back then. I also made some of the sounds with my mouth. I believe my old pal Joey Lava is also included in this recording. I began making audio recordings when I was around five or six years old (1963 - 1964) but I don't recall knowing Joey that early.
