The Culmination of Glory

APPLICATION: “How should this passage affect me today?”Define shared principles between the original audience and us today and make a plan to put those principles into practice. Eternal life is to faithfully, relationally know, and trust the only true God. Do you know and trust God for the forgiveness of your sins? For good guidance each day? For loving discipline to grow you in holiness? If not, why?  What is one way you can live out the truth that you "know" God in an intimate relationship with the Lord of the Universe? Jesus has been glorified by the Father through his death (for the forgiveness of sins), resurrection (for newness of life), and ascension (as Lord over all)! Read Romans 8:16-17. How does Christ’s glory give you hope in the midst of suffering? Romans 8:16-17: "The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him."
