In episode #36 of "Intrigued Full Effect" I talk to Vivianne Bernas the sister of Joseph Smedley about her fight for justice and more answers in her brothers bizarre death near the Indiana University campus after his body was found in Griffy Lake in September of 2015 with 66lbs of rocks strapped to his chest in a backpack. The family has been asking questions that have not been answered by the Bloomington Police Department, and the Monroe County Coroner ruled the death a suicide, but the family disagrees and they want to know more. Vivianne also started a #JUSTICEFORJOSEPH campaign and petition to gain support to reopen the case.
