In today's podcast we speak to Harry Watling. Harry is a 28 year old UEFA A licence coach who has worked in the professional game for 9 years. Previously with Premier League giants Chelsea FC, Harry is now working at fellow London club Millwall with the clubs U15/16s. Harry is also a successful business owner, setting up his own soccer academy as well as Advance Player Development. APD is a technical individual training football centre and gives players the next stepping stone from grassroots football to professional academies.
