I allege that his “statements” (replies on Tik Tok in September 2025) were part of a pattern of PR / SEO activity, in order to surface Marshall as “David’s manager” as a scapegoat and deflect attention from the other two parties.Robert Morgenroth - the actual day to day manager. May or may not have lived at the Doheny Pl residence. Testified before the grand jury in December 2025. Barely surfaced in media reports outside a few isolated incidents. Was photographed backstage in the vicinity of Celeste at the Fonda (June 2024) and presumably would have been involved in her transport when she trabeled with David on tour in summer of 2024 (per prosecutors).
