Steve Carell and Vance Degeneres launch their new segment DOLLARS AND "CENTS" with douchy theatrics, and poor money honey Nancy Walls has gotta deal. But as so many correspondents get sent to the purgatory of "London," while the show devotes full segments to Italian deli meat and MORE Y2K coverage!?! What is this, 1999?
