Hello pilgrims and welcome back to the podcast. Mike and I took a bit of time to celebrate our emancipation, and boy does it feel good to be free…but not as good as we would have expected; considering the circumstances. As we continued to drag our feet, out of intense fear of the main theme for this episode of our podcast, we decided to waste a bit of time talking about Jussie Smollett and his fauxomophobic hate crime hoax. Knowing that we could no longer prolong the inevitable, Mike and I decided to step in it this week. Yes, directly in it. And, while the rest of the world is busy smashing the Patriarchy in the face, we’re hunkered down in our studio (in the basement) trying to fight for it! And while we know this episode, if it were to be listened to by anyone other than our parents, would likely cause some folks to look into the best way to get us cancelled, we still pressed on because we not only feel the patriarchy is good but we also think it is biblical and necessary to rescue America from the mess we’ve made of things since tearing it down in the first place.
