Yes, this is a true story how even some Latinos who are darker than me and not ADOS have mistreated me. Real talk, a dark skinned (pure black passing Afro-Mestizo) Hispanic/Latino manager of Honduran heritage (Garifuna) at Church's Chicken on Beechnut and 59 South here in Houston, Texas used to mistreat me because I am lighter than him and my partial Hispanic (Spanish Creole) roots are from Creole Louisiana, not Latin America.
