The Darkness of DEI and Critical Race Theory

If you work for a mid to large size business or corporations; if you work for federal, state or local government, you have probably suffered through a DEI session. You were probably told our racism is embedded in your DNA and you are not even aware when you are committing acts of racism. There is no way that white people can understand anything about blacks but if you have a black facilitator, they know everything about you. This can have negative effect on the moral of the employees or in one case I will share with you, it ended in death
