The Dating Rematch

It's an all by myself episode this week; so I thought I would give a bit of an update on what's happening in my dating life and in the leadership space. As you know I am on the mission to find big love. And there's this dating phenomenon that's happening to me in the online space. I'm calling it the rematch - when you match with someone and get the message "great to match with you ... again." My great friend Caralee Fontenele always talks about the importance of having up to date data in your business. But I can't help but thinking it's also important with dating. And in the leadership space, I've been speaking with senior leaders and young professionals, and finding out what each group wants from each other.
