Xi is expected to be elected to a third five-year term as General Secretary.   What do you think will happen?5)  What Additional Measures Could Be Taken to Stop Putin's War of Aggression in Ukraine? :  The US and EU have engaged in economic sanctions, including freezes on Russian technology, capital and oil.  In response, Russia has just started a full scale 'gas embargo' of Europe, including shutting down the Nordstream 1 pipeline.  The EU Commission chief calls it 'economic warfare' and Europe is scrambling to find alternative supplies.  Should the US and Europe now increase their pressure on Putin, or accept his counter-sanctions without further response to avoid any greater escalation?Support the show
