The Day the Lions went Hungry

from Pneuma Podcast

Based on Daniel 6:15-23, “The day the lions went hungry” is a reflection on the story of Daniel’s life of faithfulness to his God and the power of God to save those who put their trust in Him. Out of jealousy Daniel was condemned to death and was placed on the menu for the lions but the lions went hungry because what was on the menu that day was unusual, so the lions won’t eat. God knew that Daniel was on the menu for the lions and He made the lions go hungry for his sake.Daniel had an option to opt out of the lion’s menu by not praying to his God or pray to his God and face the consequence, he chose the latter and God proved Himself to be trustworthy. You may feel that you are on the lion’s menu today but like Daniel God who is always with you will save you, only be faithful to Him. I pray that this podcast blesses you.
