This homage (well, more pastiche, really) to the alien monster heyday of the 1950s spent all of its money on creature effects (which are awesome, despite what Adam may think) and then hired people off the street to get eaten by weird hungry tadpoles. A safer Ontario means more police and prosecutors making sure my car doesn't get stolen. It means building new jails that keep criminals behind bars. And it means there's no need to worry when I play at the park. We're making every corner of Ontario safer to make all of Ontario safer.

That's how we protect Ontario for all of us. Learn how at Ontario.ca.ca. Pay for it by the Government of Ontario. Put down that smartphone and listen to me.

I'm Matthew Milligan, professional musician and lifelong weird al fan. Each week I'm joined by professional podcaster and close personal friend Matt Kelly to take a dive off the deep end into the vast career of pop culture icon beard Al Yankovic on our show, Weird Algorithm. Along with some very special guests in the world of music and comedy, we tackle every song, every television appearance, and every bit of sketch comedy Al has produced in chronological order, covering the good old days, my balona and Edith, the fun zone of tacky and white and nerdy, and everything in between. As we go, we're ranking the songs, albums, and music videos in the hopes of creating the ultimate guide to a career bigger than the biggest ball of twine in Minnesota.

So the next time you're having one of those days, stuck in a traffic jam wondering why does this always happen to me? Just kick off your sneakers and stick around for a while because we've got it all on Weird Algorithm, available wherever you get your podcasts. And now you know. Was that enough for references?

Everybody, this episode of Horror Movie Night is brought to you by our listener. And I'm going to ruin your last name and I apologize. Thomas Pandich, who you can follow on Twitter at FinalFjord.uk. He wanted us to let you know that not only is he a huge fan of Horror Movie Night, and he found us the greatest movie ever, but he's also the co-host of the Greatest Movie Ever, Anime Funtime Spinoff Podcast.

So go and check out some of the Anime Funtime Spinoff episodes featuring our listener and Patreon Donator, Thomas. So thank you again, Thomas. And right now we're going to talk about a movie. Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of Horror Movie Night.

I am running around upstairs. Scott is standing down in the basement just staring at something and Adam's having his face ripped apart by little semen creatures. We are about to talk about Deadly Spawn as picked by Scott. Scott, first and foremost, let's just- You're welcome.

It's just the elephant in the room. Adam's not here. And there's multiple reasons. There's the reason that Adam says, which is that he's been kind of coughing up a whole bunch of shit and can barely talk.

But part of me thinks that his rage against you picking this movie was so strong that he can't even compose himself to speak, which I think is crazy. This movie is a delight. Let's keep his negativity out of shit. It's awesome.

So this movie, I wish I had more notes on it, but that's fine. So the movie kind of starts off with some people camping and a meteor crashes. And right away I realize that no matter what format you own this movie on, be it DVD or Blu-ray or VHS, it all has the same shit quality because the production was so bad on this movie. My DVD looks like a bootleg VHS tape.

Yeah, yeah, I have it on DVD too. And I bought it on DVD because I was like, I got to remember. It's so he's obscure enough that I'm going to forget if I don't have a copy of it to pick for the podcast. So they only have one version of this.

I look at it on YouTube too. It's all bad. I'll say what the thought. This movie though, right out the gate, I saw this movie because I was just scrolling through the Netflix horror looking for discs to add to my cue because I still get discs in the mail.

And this cover is great. Like this cover just makes you go, what the fuck is that? Like it's just a bunch of like red, vicious looking Audrey twos. Yes, I was thinking about it like that too.

Yeah, like I'm like, all right. And like I have a note here where it literally says this movie is like terra vision mixed with little shop of cars. Like that's the best way to explain this movie. Well, this movie is definitely an homage to 50s alien movies because it starts the same way.

And if you were to subtract all the gory deaths, they kind of runs the same way and ends the same way. It's just like monsters, alien monsters, overrunning a town and then being like found out and killed when everybody comes together. It's a pretty standard formula. And that's also why I picked it was because I think it's really a lot cooler and more fun than it seems when you watch it.

You're just like, well, it's kind of a shitty B movie, although the creature effects are pretty fun for the fact that they probably had no money. But when you think about it, like I feel like a good amount of effort was put into making this movie and making it as an homage. Yeah. I can absolutely say from my own experience that this is one of those movies that is a total blast to watch with a group of friends.

It's short. It's got great gore effects, but it also just has so much fun. I mean, this movie isn't taking itself seriously while doing really horrific things. There's that scene where that kid is just standing in the basement watching a bunch of little sperm creatures rip his mom's face apart, just stripping all of the flesh off of it until it's just a skull left.

And that's kind of horrific. Like if you put yourself in the shoes of this little kid, that is scarring. That's the thing that's going to rest in your memory forever. Yeah.

Okay. So there are a couple of other things about this film that I want to hit, but we're already at the kid in the basement watching his mom get his mom's corpse get disassembled. So I feel like that kid is kind of fucked up anyway because he just watches horror movies. So that could have been us.

It's true. When we were eight or however old, that kid was supposed to be 10 years old. I like that kid because he is an hysterical. You know, it would be really obnoxious if I could just like, I don't know, he had to be transfixed by the horrors around him so that he could realize that they only sense sound and some slight movement.

I mean, it was never really gone into, but as far as traditional film structure and screenwriting from that aspect, this movie is not bad because they set up without any exposition. Even when they dissect the little baby spawn, they don't really have a conversation about how they work. People like every other alien movie or like monster movie, they'll always have that, the monster on the dissecting table and then they'll have Mr. Exposition come in like in Piranha and be like, well, that says from an ocean cavern that was, you know, from the Paleolithic, whatever.

So they don't actually have that. They show it, which I always enjoy. I much prefer when instead of being spoon fed information, it's like you have one of the characters witness it and then they use it as the ammunition later. Yeah, that is definitely appreciated in any movie really, but especially like a what would be seen as a schlockier B movie.

It's even more appreciated because it's like, all right, well, at least these guys weren't just like fucking throwing shit at the window and hoping for the best. You know what I mean? Yeah, no, it was all get granted. The acting as atrocious.

The film quality is not good. The creature effects are a bit hokey. They're great for what it is, but they're a little hokey if we're looking at other stuff that came out in 1980, I guess, but I mean, I don't think that's fair. But all those things aside, this movie has a lot of heart and it actually has a pretty solid screenplay.

The script is good, but it was at least thought out. Exactly. Yeah. So I do really like the fact that that first scene, you don't see the monsters or the first monster that comes out, those guys are in the tent.

Well, the one guy's in the tent and you see shadow puppets instead. And I was like, that's a pretty cool way to start a movie out because yeah, you already know what the spawn is going to look like because of the cover, but it's just, it's a nice thing because again, it's probably a very fifties thing where they don't show the monsters first kill. They just kind of give you a glimpse to get your imagination going. But the soundtrack, I need to find it.

So the deadly spawn soundtrack to you is what suburban commando soundtrack was to me last week. Oh my God. Yeah, I mean, there's no reggae in it. The only other big note that I have and I'm trying to remember what it sounded like, but I have a note that just says that might be the most awful alarm clock I've ever heard in my life.

Yeah, yeah, I think it was the, was it the first, the actual parents? Yeah. The first, the woke up. Yeah.

It was like, oh no. Well, I mean, existential dread and hatred isn't going to get you out of bed in the morning than that. I'm not for you. It's an app that you can get on your phone called the rock clock.

It's a, it's an app that it's an alarm clock, but it's alarm clock created by Dwayne the Rock Johnson. So like the alarm, there's like 50 different alarms. And it's like some of them are like him singing about waking up and getting your candy s out of bed to start the day and like other ones are just as wrestling entrance. But my favorite one is there's one that just says classic alarm.

And when you click it, it's just the rock going beep, beep, beep, beep, beep. Do you buy it? No, it's a free download, but okay. It's on your phone now.

Well, it's on a friends phone and I'm thinking I'm going to get it. She showed it to me yesterday. Like that's pretty stellar. Don't ever fall asleep with a woman next to you and have your alarm go off because I don't think that she'd ever want to rematch her, right?

Beep, beep. So the fuck is it? Yeah, like speaking up that alarm clock, that scene has a couple really probably the most disturbing parts of this movie. There are two things that just sent shows up my spine.

One, a carpeted bathroom. Who the fuck does that? They deserve to die. All right.

Second and way more horrific old lady boobs. Hey, I got to take one for the team here. I'm sorry that I picked this movie. These are worse old lady boobs than elves.

Oof. Yeah. I feel like actually only had old lady boobs in our movies for like a month. So let's real quickly.

I just want to go through the messages that we received around like 11 30 last night. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Adam messaged us and said was deadly spawned by picked by Scott like our Scott Scott and I said, yeah, it goes Jesus age mother fucking out of your mind on this high fucking shit Christ on a jumping cracker, Scott. I get chewed out for my pics. I get chewed out for my pics. Are you insane?

This is like a Matt Kelly level pick. Jesus, every character is like, Hey, I'm a character in a movie that's upset about monsters. This must be punishment. Like I'm going to wake up tomorrow and you're both going to be like, God, you weren't actually supposed to watch this.

No, this is not a spaghetti pick. And also I think Adam's being a little overly sensitive about this being like space invaders level bad. It's not at all. So Adam, when you listen to this, because you'll be the first person to listen to it, I'm sure your pics are still shit.

I love that we have. We are more mean towards each other about our own pics than any shitty pig that a listener suggests to us to be fair. We can't really be means to allow people to pick stuff because they've just money to review. So so here's here's the thing.

Let's use the term that you haven't used in about two months. The wizard behind the curtain of our show every single time we're like, Hey, Adam, we need your pick. Well, Hey guys, this is Matt. Hey guys, we need I need your pics so that we can plan up the next month or two, whatever.

And I'm like, okay, let me go to my short list. And there's like five movies and rotation. I'm always like, okay, I got to pick between one of these and deadly small one out. So you guys only have downhill pics to look forward to for the rest of the year from there from me.

So well, you know, like I'll give you mine. And I was like, well, I don't know. Let me drink five beers and get back to you. And then he like must be half drunk going through either YouTube trailers from 1993 or IMDB from 1993 because he always picks not horror movies.

And we're always like, are you sure you want to pick that? Cause like, that's not really horror. And he's like, Oh, yeah. So and so like you, you pick this blog live like guys, just horror movies, please, just horror movies.

But he wasn't even having one happy when we didn't pick a horror movie when suburban commando was our pick, although we were all pretty fun and lighthearted on that episode. So I don't think that I think that Adam just can't be pleased. I think that he's that boyfriend who's always looking back his greased hair and, you know, working on his car and we're the girl within the tool skirts were like, Oh, I hope he comes and picks me up so we can go to the sock hop. Yeah, we're like, Hey, ever does.

You're like Adam, Adam, please come in. Let's hang out. Sorry, bro. I'm a comparator.

That's what life is all about. That's might have been getting at us at me for the last 10 minutes of us talking about this. I think that just made everything all better because he's just like a baby with a rattle. He's like, Oh, yeah, Phantom of the Paradise is like the little fucking, what the hell is it called?

You hang it above the baby's crib. So it's they's distracted. Yeah, I you're asking the wrong person. I don't know.

Like babies who's the right person on this podcast? I'm pretty sure none of us want to procreate. Well, I was the procreate. This doesn't want to reproduce.

Fair enough. Yeah. If last week's sex song that he put up is an indication of his mindset, he just he wants to party all the time. You know what I'm saying?

He's like, any Murphy. Yeah. All right. So let me see where I'm at in my notes because like I've got way more notes than you.

Yeah, I'm pretty much done my notes. So unless you take the rates. Okay. So we got to the old lady boobs and I apologize.

Then I don't know why I wrote this note, but I think you'll appreciate it. Apparently the deadly sponsor now is like shit. I'm guessing that one of them came up from the toilet or something. I don't know.

Oh, no, no. I think it's the guy, you know, so he sees that the heater went out or something. So he goes down to the basement. The first person down in the basement and he goes down.

I think he's like sniffing the air. He's like making like smelly nose faces, you know, and he's like wrinkling his nose. I'm like, oh, okay. Deadly sponsor looks shit.

That would be like the first tip off that something is about to eat you, which would be a really bad way to go. And again, the shadow puppets and some silly blood sweater. And I just remembered the term that I wanted to use for this movie. It's charming.

This movie is very charming. I don't. I don't hate even the worst parts about it because it's just, I mean, for all the horror shit that happens, it's really lighthearted. I don't know.

I mean, it's just not, it's not one of those movies where it's intense. Even when people are getting consumed by an alien predator monster, it's still pretty like Sunday afternoon with grandpa kind of, let's watch this on TV. At least that's my life childhood. So that basement though, as a homeowner, I was just, that was the most horrifying part of this movie actually.

More than the old lady boobs is the two inches of standing water in their basement that they're just waiting through. They don't give a fuck. Let me look around with this flashlight. I don't mind that there's all the standing water that's like, you know, going to eat away at my, at my foundation.

I don't know. That's the biggest logical flaw in this movie. So it's very easy to figure out who's the actual homeowner on this. Yeah, I was on here.

You would have nothing to say about the basement flooding. I was actually going to make a comment about fucking Duke in the, in those celery spookies, but Adam might not have gone there. You're right. You're probably going to be a tech guy.

So people are idiots in this movie. I fully, fully admit that. And that's fine because that's par for the course of these movies that we watch. Not even the time people are going to make the wrong decision just so they can get hacked up or eaten by whatever thing is the antagonist of the movie that we're watching.

So that's fine. I mean, even the logical leaps that these people make before they move in this is not nearly as bad as Saint Francis ville experiment, which was not technically my pick, but I aluced it for someone else. So I don't really, I mean, my track record is kind of being laid bare as questionable right now. Yeah, you were definitely a major assist on one of the worst things we've ever discussed.

No, listen, it's not space invaders. Like nothing will ever be space. I disagree. I disagree.

I would say Saint Francis ville. No, even if I pick space invaders, there was things that happened in space invaders, which I can't say about Saint Francis ville experiment. Like didn't didn't some people get assaulted by a horny ghost in that movie? No, no, there was a ghost fart or there was a fart that was that was the pinnacle of that.

Yeah, like I would say that yes, space invaders, you guys hate it, but at least there was like a plot and things happened, which again is still more than I can say about Saint Francis ville experiment or primal. Okay, okay, primal. Well, no, primal is not even as bad as Saint Francis ville because in primal people actually died. Things didn't happen.

Nobody died in Saint Francis ville. Yeah, like there was just there's been like a handful of movies that have been like, why are we watching? Like sitting there watching it. I'm just like, anything like let's please fucking anything happen in this movie so I can write a note down.

Well, to our credit, even when we picked bad movies, it's not as bad as when some of the people on Reddit or a club picked bad movies and we had discussed them. Yeah, we should. We should have some real stinkers. One day, one day we're just going to start.

I feel like we just need to release some of that back catalog as bonus episodes, whether it's a great episode or not so that listeners can understand what we went through. Flames the Forge or a movie night. Yeah, Reddit is like Mordor, I guess. I do want to quickly take advantage of us bringing up Reddit hard club and giving a quick shout out to our horror reviewed, which was created kind of out of the charcoal pit that was a red hard club.

And it seems to be doing really well. It was actually picked as the sub Reddit of the day earlier this week. Oh, that's awesome. Yeah, but I want to.

It's just literally a group of people writing reviews on the horror movies that they just watched and that's it. They just write a text review and then there's maybe like five or six people that comment back and say like, Hey, I disagree or like, Oh, this sounds good. Let me go check it out. But I mean, it's got like constant content.

Like it's like something new getting posted there every like two to three hours. So wow, that's crazy. Yeah. So they're definitely they're doing they're doing a lot with the with the little baby P that created this podcast.

So that's that's I've told them that I wanted to give them a shout out and the best time actually. So back to deadly spawn. Absolutely. So we're at the monster reveal, which is sweet.

I'm really cool with the monster. They probably use like one of those 50 gallon buckets of the K Y that you can buy on Amazon to do the the monsters mouth because this is a gooey movie. Yeah, I love it. And I watch this and then I immediately watch next week's pick and we've just got gooey movies galore.

Yes, I actually watch them together in the same afternoon back to back to and I was like, this is my shit. Little spoiler for next week. It's did you just say what it is? No.

But it's kind of like an unofficial sequel to another horror movie and I don't think that it deserves as much praise as the original, but we it does have a lot of good stuff to talk about. So the ladies face gets ripped off like the mom's face gets ripped off. My favorite effect. My favorite effects in the movie.

I mean, it is pretty gruesome. But you know what? I want to I want to say something I hope it's not the same thing you're about to say, but like the initial rip is awesome and it should have cut there because then the effects of her after the rip don't hold up as good as like the original face rip off. No, not at all.

Absolutely not. You're you're completely in the right there. And that's fine. I mean, I don't really think they had a whole lot of extra film that they could have cut because it was so short anyway.

So that that two seconds was two seconds that they could not do without. But then immediately after somebody's like, it looks like it's going to be a bad day. And I thought that that was so funny. Like this movie does get what it was.

You know, so I get major props, but then people just get eaten left and right. And it's not even the middle of the night. So this movie like takes no prisoners and the monofers no motive. It's just hungry and wants to like pop off little baby versions of itself.

So then the the the now this joke is going to suck. So I'm just going to see more through it because it would only work with Adam was on the podcast with us because Adam's best pick ever was back when we were doing horror club. I think it was the first time we had him on we discussed brain damage, right? I don't remember if he was on the show or not.

But yes, continue. Okay. So I was like, Oh, these babies bonds are eating pain. That's a good way to get brain damage.

And I was like, Oh, that's a fucking funny joke. Not really like I'm pretty deflated right now. I mean, I tell a lot of bad jokes on this podcast. Everybody knows it.

I know it. But at least this one I can admit. I could have passed over it. I could have, but I just want to know that I was thinking about him while watching this movie, not in a like, ha ha, fuck you.

I made you watch this piece of garbage kind of movie. But the the vegetarian lunch where all the old ladies get eaten. That's one first of all, the spawn. Hey, it's lettuce.

You know, it's I don't remember where it comes up like from the sink or I don't remember where that baby spawn is coming from. But it like pops out of lettuce and just goes like, Oh, my God, it's lettuce. But then they they all get eaten or attacked and it's pre disturbing that these old ladies are faking, having these little creatures on their legs and necks and faces. And I was thinking about it.

This is like the most morbid thing that I thought about with this movie was I bet that this was the last movie that most of these women were in. Yeah, but if it makes you feel any better, it's possibly also the first movie that most of these women were in. Oh, well, there you go. Matt, silver lining Kelly.

So I was pretty sad about the cute brunette dying because I forgot. I think I watched this maybe third, but I always seem to forget that the brunette dies because it's like everybody dies. Or it goes insane more or less. I thought I had a note about when the blonde shows up because she has this really shitty line, but she's like super cute too.

And I was like, damn it, I didn't write it down. But yeah, if anybody dies and more or less dies or is kind of insane. And then you get the night of living dead ending where you got posse's rounding up all the monsters and killing them. But then you have the Scooby Doo ending kind of where an entire mountain is the original spawn.

So I mean, I'd like I don't know how I feel about that. And then you tell me. Yeah, I think that it's appropriate to what you were saying. This is like a modernized version of, you know, a 50 sci-fi movie.

And I feel like the 50 sci-fi movies, depending on what era they were made, always did have that like everything safe, except that there's something worse. Yeah, I guess I guess that it probably is right in line with everything else, every decision they made in this movie. But also, oh, one thing I wanted to say was that kiss that nerdy dude and nerdy girl, brunette girl had was pretty painful to watch. That was nerd kid sex about to happen.

And then they like I interrupted or whatever. But that was a pretty painful looking kiss. I don't think that they really enjoyed themselves while they were doing that scene. Yeah, no, that definitely was like probably like two really good friends who are doing this movie as a favor.

And he's like, kiss, kiss. Wow, which sounds exactly like something that would have happened in next week's movie. Kiss. Kiss.

Kiss. In your... Put down that smartphone and listen to me. I'm Matthew Milligan, professional musician and lifelong weird al fan.

Just kick off your sneakers and stick around for a while because we've got it all on Weird Algorithm, available wherever you get your podcasts. And now you know. Was that enough references?

Alright, so that's... You can cut that. So that's deadly spawn. Let's talk about what did we watch this week?

Did you watch anything that is noteworthy that you'd like to bring up this week? Yes, I have one film that I've finally watched and I might have touched on it a couple weeks ago. I can't remember, but I finally finished, like last night in the middle of the night, I finally finished Suicide Squad. It took me 10 days to get through that movie, I think.

Like, it was so bad. It was fantastic for, with Jessica Alva, Level Bad. I mean, I haven't seen the Fantastic Four that they came out with last year, I think you did, right? Yeah, this is probably worse than that.

Like, so bad. And I mean, I know I had moderately low expectations for it, but every decision was so bad. Like every screenwriting decision was so bad in that movie. I hated every single edgy revamp of every character.

Like Deadshot does not need to talk gangster. It was really dumb. I don't know if that was a Will Smith idea or what. Like, I don't know if Will Smith playing him, but the script was just god awful.

Harley Quinn was so obnoxious and she's a great actress. I mean, she gave it her all, I guess, but man, it was really difficult to make it through. And then, like, they, and I don't want to give away any spoilers for anybody that wants to punish themselves by watching it, but there's a character that sacrifices itself near the end to like defeat a thing. And the line is, is like, I lost one family, I'm not going to lose another.

I'm like, you don't like any of these people. You have had nobody experiences in this six hours that you've been in a destroyed New York City downtown. You haven't defended anybody else to the whole thing. It's, you don't, it's, it's so shitty and shoe-worn.

Like it's unwarranted and unearned, basically. Absolutely. But it's like, I'm offended by how poorly this movie was written because yeah, Batman versus Superman was bad, but this is just another level of bad. It was like, I want to tell people to like get their money back if they went to the movie and see it.

And I even watched the extended version, which, so I heard bad things about Batman versus Superman. I talked about this. Like, I waited until the extended version was available, director's cut, whatever, so I could watch it. And it wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be.

It wasn't great by any stretch, but, you know, it was watchable and it was coherent. And this movie is a shit. And the, the villains are incredibly overpowered. There's no fucking way that a guy with a gun, dead shot, would ever be able to take on gods.

And then, then when they're defeated, because obviously they get to be in death on a spoiler, just buy a bomb, just stupid bullshit. I'm very annoyed with that movie. All right. So that was like, if we wanted some negativity in this podcast, this episode, Adam's not here.

I just took one for him and told you about how bad that was. All right. So I have a few quick things. One thing I'll talk in depth about and then the other two are just kind of quick mentions.

I finally watched Stranger Things. You're welcome. Yeah, it was pretty great. I also watched the newest Blair Witch movie that came out.

Oh, yeah. It was okay. That's the extent that I can give for it is that it was okay. It wasn't awful.

I've heard people say it's like the worst thing ever. It's not. It's fun enough. It's just not great.

But the movie that I watched this week that I had so much fun with and I don't, I know I'd seen it prior, but I guess I had really forgotten a lot about it was Dark Man. Oh, that movie rules. That movie is so much fun. And then I watched the sequels and it's like something sucked all of that fun out almost immediately.

And I think it's that, that Sam Raimi direction is gone. Oh, Sam Raimi didn't direct any other ones because I only watched the original. Yeah, no. So like all of his crazy editing is gone.

And it's a different actor playing Dark Man than Liam Neeson. So it's like the two things that really make the first Dark Man work are both gone. So they become really like there's just, I don't know, the sense of fun is gone almost entirely by the time you get to Dark Man 2. And that's the thing is that you can't have those movies not be fun because they're kind of a chore otherwise.

Yeah. And that's why I mean like, like, the other two movies are an absolute chore to get through. But that first movie, I don't know why I don't remember it as vividly now, but like, holy crap, you get just the insanity of that movie. Like the scene where I was just like, this is just fun.

Like I was just completely like on board. This is fun is when he lifts the one dude out of the sewer grate. And it's like that crazy editing of like the car zooming past him and he keeps bopping him up and down. Yeah.

And it's like, what is this? Like this is the most insane thing I've ever seen. So that is my hard recommend, not a horror movie, but from a horror movie making hacks, Sam Raimi. Or why?

Yeah. Well, I'm sure. I'm sure that the like, what, four to 500 people I listened to our show won't be smudging his great name to a major level here. Better not.

But anyway, that was 1983 is the deadly spawn as picked by Scott. Just a reminder that you can also pick movies by contacting us at hmmpodcasts at gmail.com. And you can donate money to our Patreon at patreon.com backslash hm and podcast. We've been kind of fluctuating in the like 170 to 180 range where our goal is 200, which, you know, we're not asking for anybody to give us $20, $30.

I mean, some of you have, but if you just get a whole group of people to throw a buck our way a month that goes a long, long way for us to allow us to continue to do conventions and stuff like that. Right now we definitely have our convention coming up in March and I am working hard at trying to get us a live show that same week. Um, because I love for us to do a live event. So I've contacted a few venues and if it happens, it happens.

If it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. That's fine. But it is something that we are again, working towards for the greeter good. Um, yeah, the greater good for our egos.

Now, are there other places perhaps that people can listen to us Scott? I know that there's I think called iTunes, I believe it's pronounced. Yeah, I believe that is the pronunciation, but I mean, any listeners that want to call me out, please do. Um, there's also a place called soundcloud.com, um, backslash horror movie night where our entire backlog of episodes from Wolf Cup was number one.

If you are interested in doing the backlog challenge as I've begun to think about it because some guys on the, uh, on the Facebook group, which we also have a Facebook group, which is full of awesome people who post all sorts of ass and I shit that we get to all have fun talking about. Um, they have mentioned that a number of them have mentioned that they have been working their way through the entire backlog, which is mind numbing to me that anybody would want to listen to my theme song twice in every episode. 75 times. Yeah.

That's a lot of Scott Rogers singing a falsetto. Uh, so, but that just warms the cockles of our hearts. Um, so if you want to do that, you can do that on SoundCloud or iTunes. Um, you can also check out our Twitter that is sometimes updated on a regular basis.

It's a H.M.N. podcast. And, um, is that everything Matt? I don't know.

I think we got pretty much all of it guys. We love all of your support. Uh, we are, we've got some cool things planned for the future as well. So just get ready and prepared as we continue to build towards all of that great stuff.

Thank you guys for everything that you do and we will be back next week to talk about another gooey gooey gooey. Put down that smartphone and listen to me. As we go, we're ranking the songs, albums and music videos in the hopes of creating the ultimate guide to a career bigger than the biggest ball of twine in Minnesota.
