I think the parallels are very interesting to look at and dissect especially when we consider the condition that the world is in right now. How do we connect the dots between what has happened against the backdrop of the Bible? We must stay focused and prayerful and not let our guards down. Now is not the time to think we, the Christian Community has won, we must pray and become engaged in our culture and add a Godly perspective to the culture! We can rest when we're in heaven, for now we must press the Gospel of Christ forward.
