After the Palm Springs Follies closed, Mark Christopher and Dan Gelfand desired to write a musical extravaganza for Palm Springs. Mid-Century Moderns was the result of years of creative sessions by the pool. A musical about the life of a housewife who goes from frumpy to fabulous in the "center of modernity of Palm Springs".
