After that, we're joined by our special guest, Angela Harris, to help make sense of why the funding coming from the Federal Government is so important for low income families and what will happen if it is suddenly cut off. Angela has been a Milwaukee-area educator for over 20 years and is a tireless advocate for the rights of minority children in our public school system. She shares personal experiences and insights as to why we need to keep education free for everyone and why privatization of our schools is a terrible idea.
