The Detours of Business #22: 4th Road Trading

In this episode, I sit down with Mr. Tanner Thibodeaux and Mr. Mat Smiley of 4th Road Trading. These two guys are lifelong friends who now work together at Tanner's company. 4th Road Trading is a wholesale company that started in 2020 and was mainly focused on bringing in masks, gloves, and other medical supplies from wholesale to redistribute. Now, their main focus is working with MREs or "meals ready to eat". I actually tried one after the podcast, and they're pretty damn good. 4th road is unique because Tanner also runs his own logistics company to incorporate distribution solutions to not only his business but others. Mat joined the team about a year ago, and brought a few new aspects to the business, the main being fully functional e-commerce. This company has some damn good minds and a lot of energy behind it, so I see big things in its future!
