In the 6 year span from 2004 to 2010, Cheongju, South Korea was gripped in terror after the bodies of several women were found dumped around the city. Given the nature of the murders, the media were frantically drawing up a disturbing scenario: that the murderer was lurking amongst the general public, a passenger on the train, an office worker walking down the street, or the friendly taxi driver taking you home.  They would soon be met with Ahn Nam-Gi - the Devil Behind The Wheel.
