Send us Fan MailOk so I have talked about the scriptures that say we are saved, will be saved, and are being saved thinking that I knew what I was talking about. And oh yes we walk in the measure of light that we have at the time so no foul no error we just grow on: 1 Cor 1:18 - For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.Notice that scripture didn’t say to them, which would leave us to consider that he is including everyone including those who think that they have already been saved, in the scripture. To US!Matt 10:22 - And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.Let’s look at another:1 Cor 1:18 - For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.Wait am I saved, being saved, or just already saved? Ha, we will get there.1 Cor 15:2 - by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.Ok so I are saved right? But wait there is an if…and but what happens if I don’t hold fast to the word? Then the if is saying maybe not? Good, hang in as this is a very important message, and I assure you that it will come together in the end. Quit now and you will be left to your ignorance and possibly to your religious offense. A nicer way of saying this is to be teachable, pliable, humble, and seek the Lord if you are just not sure.
