A rabbi has to cast spells on the box and put items in the box that the Dybbuk associates with. The boxes have the name of the Dybbuk written in the box, this anchors the Dybbuk to the box. The outside of the box has warnings and prayers written in Hebrew on it to contain said spirit and to let those know that it contains a Dybbuk and not to tamper, open, damage or destroy the box. Doing any of that will release a very, very, very, very ANGRY Dybbuk. This is why you should not EVER destroy an item that has a demonic or malevolent spirit attached to it.
