The difference between training for health and performance.
from The Unstoppable Dad Project · host Matthew Noonan
Trying to reclaim that old level of fitness or athleticism is a really common goal for a lot of Dads. It can also be super frustrating if you are trying but not getting there, its something that I talk to a lot of people about. Trying to get back to a certain point, with an old plan only to fall short and get frustrated with the whole process. Understanding the difference between training for health and training for performance is important when your in a position where your circumstances have changed. This week I have a bit of a ramble about my thoughts on the difference between the two. Hope you enjoy, reach out if you need help! Like, share and subscribe.
