Maria Mesa has an intense educational history, which includes a Master in International Business (MIB) and Master in Business Analytics from Hult International Business School, a Project Management Specialist from Universidad EAFIT, an Academic Exchange Program from Universidad de Los Andes in Law and Business Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Universidad EAFIT, a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Universidad EAFIT, and an Academic Exchange Program from Universidad de Granada in 2013 in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. Maria Mesa is currently partner and Chief Growth Officer at Alternova. Alternova is a software company focused on the development of interactive digital health products and platforms, working with Stanford, MIT, UCSF, Takeda and startups from early stages. The team at Alternova comes from a video game background and every product they build focuses on generating engagement and a fun experience for users. Alternova currently focuses on digitdal therapeutics, patient monitoring apps and platforms, decentralized clinical trial platforms, and platforms to collect and process healthcare data.
