Brian Wacker of Golf Digest & Mark O'Mahony of Concept Golf, formerly of Titleist came on the podcast to break down the recent findings from the R&A and the USGA around the Distance Insights Project Report along with their conclusions “Implications of Hitting Distance in Golf”. We all came to this with varying opinions on the report and had a great discussion around whether bifurcation is the solution, should the ball be rolled back for everyone? What happens if nothing is done and is Webb's solution to smaller greens actually the perfect middle ground? We cover some common arguments around rolling back the ball, Rory getting heated about the Report calling it a "huge waste of time and money" and plenty more.
