Today on the podcast is Justin Stafford aka Mr. Incredible! Justin specializes in the Hammer Throw, where he holds a PR of 77.07m.  Justin was a 2x Second-Team All-American (2019 Indoor at 9th place and 2019 Outdoor at 15th) while at UCLA. Justin is the Bronze Medalist at the 2024 United States Olympic Trials, throwing 3 PRs combined in prelims and finals. What's most impressive is that he's improved his finish at USA Nationals and Trials at every appearance so far (16th in 2019, 13th in 2021, 8th in 2022, 6th in 2023, and now 3rd in 2024). Justin is currently a volunteer assistant coach at Kansas State University. From breaking his back at age 18 and having to take off 18 months due to that to now being in the hunt to make teams, Justin's story is nothing short of inspiring.
