October 10, 2026; 8am: This week, President Trump announced he is establishing a “committee of inquiry” to investigate allegations that Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook made false statements in connection with her mortgages. Plus, MS NOW has learned the Department of Justice is seeking a criminal indictment against Cassidy Hutchinson, the former White House aide who testified before the January Six committee, for charges that she lied to Congress. A source familiar with the story tells MS NOW that the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division brought evidence to a federal grand jury on Tuesday and is expected to present more evidence and witnesses later this month.
