The Doody Awards
from The 1895 Podcast
Darren “Dazzler” Cleary is in the chair this week because — shock horror — it’s Ste Doody’s last ever episode on the 1895 Podcast. No scandal, no cancellation… just Doody stepping into a new role at the club and calling time on the pod (before he can be bullied any further). To mark the end of Doody’s reign of terror, the lads launch the inaugural “Doody’s” awards: busiest beaver, “we’re so back” moments, songs that scream Tolka, best/worst players of the last five years, favourite goals, lowest lows, highest highs, and more. Expect nostalgia, chaos, and a few all-time stories from Europe, feuds, prank calls, and pitch invasions. Up the Reds.
