Jenni Russell is The Hot Body Coach who specializes in helping women to achieve optimum health and fitness throughout their lives, well into – and beyond – their menopausal years! Jenni's career and expertise spans over 37 years with her having won the British Ultrafit Championship three times (1995, 1998 and 2000), a record holder in the event she was crowned Britain's Fittest Woman. Couple this with her passion to help women discover and strengthen their pelvic floor muscles which improves continence, posture, body shape and movement as well as enhanced sexual satisfaction, Jenni is perfectly placed to ensure that your health, well being and fitness are given a holistic makeover. As you can imagine, Jenni attracts plenty of media attention and has worked with many celebrities and also appeared on the This Morning TV Show to demonstrate her expertise. Along with running her Health Clinic in London's Harley Street, Jenni is a published author of two books – Can a Vagina Really Buy a Mercedes and Pelvic Floor Secrets. She speaks extensively on many health and fitness issues and award-winning BBC Radio London broadcaster Vanessa Feltz described her as having an "Obama like quality." You can tell that Jenny is no couch potato nor does she shy away from the controversial, even carrying a "scaled" model pelvic floor to demonstrate how the muscles work! Jenni is a natural born entrepreneur, creating bespoke programs for her clients, running bi-monthly workshops and her retreats to Vietnam: "How to have pleasure in life." She works alongside GP's and Health Professionals to provide guidance and support to their patients and is currently liaising on a big project for inclusion in education system.
