This week I welcome a guest who has a very special place in my heart. When I had to step away from drama school in 2015, I had a year before I returned and it was the darkest period of my life. Ella had left the same drama school due to similar mental health reasons in 2014 and her love, care and guidance may have saved my life. She gave me hope again and I gained a truly special friend, and for that I will always be grateful to her.
