THIS WEEKS GUEST ON THE PURPLE CITY PODCAST WE HAVE THE LOVELY EAGLE OWL! Who is Eagle Owl you wonder? Eagle Owl is a Creator based out of Winnipeg, Canada performing Christian and non-Christian hip-hop/Rap music. With influences from Christian and non-Christian artists including G-Eazy, Kamban, TFK, 6LACK, Josh A, and more.   Eagle Owl’s musical themes often touch on relatable life moments, hard hitting subjects, and lessons to his fans that he wants to bring. Eagle Owl has been doing Live shows in Winnipeg, Manitoba for a few years for secular hip-hop/rap artists in the scene but still wants to show people the lessons he’s learned through music. As a child, Eagle Owl has been born and raised in the church but has experienced different experiences with the Church and faith.   He’s found success with recent works including “LET GO” from the local music scene and past work including “The Word Is” from notable Content Creators like Deji, JHBTeam, and more. His work has been also reviewed by notable Alt Rock/Emo Rap artist nothing, nowhere on the song “Believe” where the artist share he can “get behind this Christian Artist.” (from manitobamusic.com for reasons that may or may not relate to the fact that I could not word these things better) It was such a pleasure chatting with this man and I hope you enjoy our conversation and getting to know the man and his story as much as I did.
