The Early Bird Gets the Worm - Meet our Producer, Marc Ronick

When you start something new, it takes time to work out all the logistics and get to the point where everything is running smoothly.  Being that the podcast was not our “main” job, we were having a hard time keeping up with getting episodes out each week. We knew that when we did, we had more engagement with all of you!  When we admitted to ourselves that we needed help, (not as easy as it sounds given how stubborn we can be), we couldn’t be more grateful to have been connected to @MarcRonick by one of our good friends from @themakedown, @christinesymondshair. It’s hard to release some control and trust someone else to understand our voice, but when we met Marc, we instantly clicked and knew we had done the right thing. Marc is an incredible inspiration, advocate, supporter, and teammate.
