First up, we have the story of Herbert William Mullin, The Earthquake Killer, who wanted to prevent the deaths of many by seeing to the death of a few, and he actually, maybe, kind of was onto something with this theory? It's an interesting story about a killing spree that took a lot of twists and turns. We'll follow that story up with the story of Anna Repkina, a young Russian woman who moved to America after getting engaged to a fella in Oregon.
