from The Echevarria Ech-periment Hosted by Paul Echevarria
On this episode Chris and Paul discuss the Covid panic, share our top 10 things to never say to your girlfriend/wife, and send our love and congratulations to our family members Chuy and Yvette, as well as Jeremy and Kayla, who are expecting additions to the family. Then we turn to the more serious topic of Suicide Prevention. Our guests, Mike McIntosh and Mary McIntosh, owner/operators of Diablo Crime Scene Cleaners, discuss the reality of the emotional aftermath of suicide. Mary's advice, "if you're contemplating suicide, give yourself another day to reconsider, don't make rash emotional decisions." Chris who also teaches a suicide prevention class for members of law enforcement adds "we would hear your problems than your eulogy."
