Last week, South Africans came together to mourn the loss of musician Johnny Clegg. Clegg, who was born in the UK, moved to South Africa as a young child. His wholehearted embrace of Zulu culture and his political advocacy against racism and apartheid set him apart in a relentlessly divided country.
