Many are aware of the devastation caused by the advancements in small arms, artillery, and chemical warfare, but what can often be missed are the effects these advancements had on the men fighting in the trenches. Join us this week as Hayley takes us through the harrowing effects of the war on these soldiers and the advancements made in the medical field to combat their ailments.
