The ego is not your enemy it’s your identity card in the universe. It helps you know who you are, talk, act, and create. Without it, you couldn’t grow. The problem comes when the ego thinks it is the only truth and tries to force everyone to be like it. That is when ego turns into egocentrism, and instead of balance, you get conflict.Think of your ego like the sun. Around it orbit your friends, family, and all experiences. If your sun shines too harshly, it burns others. If it hides, there’s no light. But when balanced, it warms and gives life to the whole system. You don’t need to destroy your ego you need to guide it so that it works with your spirit, not against it.
