In fact, we are surrounded by big companies committing crime on a daily basis. We have created a system that gives rich rewards to companies, executives and shareholders when companies commit serious crimes. Mostly, they are never caught or prosecuted. If an individual commits a crime, they can be locked up for many years. When a company is caught committing the same crimes, the usual penalty is a fine.
