The emotion of Chronic Illness: Communities Unite With Aleina & Johana

In this episode of Communities Unite I am joined by Aleina who is back on the podcast after featuring earlier this year. I'm also joined with Johana who was nervous before the podcast but loved it as it continued it's her first podcast! Both have Arthritis and share their Journey's. Johana was misdiagnosed and on social media saw lots of Aleina content really helped her, which is really special and we all loved that! I share about my Crohn's too.
