The End of Family Court

It was a noble ambition - the creation of a juvenile court where specially trained public servants and benevolent judges would assist children and families. But according to Jane Spinak, author of "The End of Family Court", this dream has never been achieved and children and families continue to be failed by what she calls a "deeply flawed" court.
