The burning of the Amazon rain forest (and Siberia) may have finally caught our attention as to the necessity for immediate climate change actions. (Heck CNN is talking about it so it must be real).  And while this truly is a pivotal time for human civilization, to avert mass extinction 6, it can also be viewed as the impetus to wake up to our love and interconnectedness with Gaia.  The end of the world is a metaphor for the end of the current paradigm of hierarchy, separation and lack.
