THE ENEMY ON BENDED KNEES

from Good News Daily · host Uebert and Beverly Angel

Philippians 2:10-11 (KJV) That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in Heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.    The Bible tells us that all circumstances you face in your life, whether things in Heaven, in or under this Earth, ought to bow at the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. However, many Christians can cite several instances where they have used the name of Jesus, and their situations have not changed or have even worsened! The reason for this is simple. In its original rendering, 'name' translates to anoma, meaning character or personality. Many call on the name of God yet their own lives do not reflect godliness in any sense. The Name of the Lord Jesus Christ is not a password you use to just break chains but something that requires your life to be a mirror of the power you are attempting to access. As a child of God, ensure you are aligning yourself with the character of Christ and you will see the enemy on bended knees in your life!   PROPHETIC DECLARATION  My life is a reflection of the living God in me. Today, I call upon the name of the Lord in His character, and all chains that need to break shall break today! Amen.  FURTHER STUDY  Romans 14:11
