It was during her journey as an end of life doula that Reyna Lerma came to deeply understand the healing power of an energy practice called "Zhineng Qigong". From her experience as a now Master Teacher of Qigong and Qi (or Chi) Therapy, Reyna shares how learning to work with and master our own energy has healing power on all levels, mental, physical, emotional and, yes, even spiritual evolution and transcendence. Show Notes:About Reyna Lerma:Reyna Lerma is the co-owner of Present Moment Living® LLC, and QiCore® Inc. She leads in-person and online Zhineng Qigong classes, workshops, and retreats worldwide. She also continues to offer private instruction and individual Qi Therapy to clients who request those services. Reyna has studied Zhineng Qigong for 15 years and in that time, has logged over 5,000 personal practice hours and has been in retreat with Master Teachers for more than 1,750 hours.
