The Essentiality of CEO Days for Strategic Growth

Now, you may think that a story about finding a bedtime routine for Oliver has nothing to do with the topic of CEO Days, but hear me out. Before I figured out how to get Oliver to sleep in his own bed, I lacked clarity in my day. I was exhausted and not well-rested. Even if I had a CEO Day, I wasn't nearly as productive as I wanted to be.So, why are CEO Days a must for your business?Do you have money blocks? Do you even look at your finances? I never used to look at my bank account because it would remind me of the lack... But when you are running a business that isn't an option. You need to remember that avoidance is disempowering. It is so important to look at your numbers so you know where you need to go next and what you need to get there.Awareness brings things into focus for more clarity - When I did my CEO Day, I was looking at my business from a birds-eye view... I wasn't super focused on one part of my business. I noticed that some things I thought that were really important, actually didn't matter as much. I was able to see what made me more efficient, what my core pillars are, and how to create content around that. It's so empowering!Uncover the leaks--energy, time, & money - Once you create that awareness, you will start to uncover what really isn't working and is just sucking away at your energy, time, or money. This is where you get really into the details of what you are paying for and the growth that it is helping you with. You may be surprised at what you discover is a leak.Discover resources for income opportunities - Sometimes in your business you are going to have seasons where you need to dig down and work on a project. It may be hard for you to market or make sales during this time since you will be so entrenched in the project, so how are you making money? I suggest reaching out to people that you have been an affiliate for in the past and ask what they have coming up that you can promote.
