The numbers alone expose the fraud. Russia, home to 400,000 Moldovan citizens, received 2 polling stations with 10,000 total ballots. Italy, with 100,000 Moldovans, got 75 stations with unlimited ballots. When bridges to Transnistria suddenly closed for “mining threats,” 188,000 registered voters found themselves blocked. The bridges reopened 20 minutes before polls closed.French intelligence had contacted Durov before the election, demanding he censor Moldovan opposition Telegram channels. He refused. So the West proceeded with Plan B.The RAND Corporation ScriptIn 2019, the RAND Corporation published a blueprint for capturing Moldova. Not analysis. Not speculation. Exit polls show Patriotic Bloc at 36%, PAS at 21%.3:00 AM, September 29: After overnight counting of “diaspora votes” that no observers could verify, PAS declares victory with 50.12%.French Intelligence Services Blackmail Pavel DurovPavel Durov revealed what really happened behind the scenes. French intelligence contacted him through intermediaries with two lists of Telegram channels to censor. The first list contained actual rule violations, which Telegram removed. Then came the second list.“Almost all these channels were legitimate and fully complied with our rules,” Durov stated. “Their only commonality was that they expressed political positions unfavourable to the French and Moldovan governments.”The French sweetened the deal: cooperate and they’d “say good things” to the judge in his legal case.
