The EU's Foreign Policy Chief warns Israel and Palestine

The European Union's Foreign Policy Chief has told the Security Council that if Palestinians and Israelis don't get back to meaningful negotiations, there will be "yet another open war between the two sides". Frederica Mogherini is in New York for a Council briefing on Cooperation between the UN and regional organisations. Her comments come after a recently concluded summit in Paris on reviving the talks that have been stalled for two years. Sherwin Bryce-Pease reports.
