The EVIL Case of Shanda Vander ArkOn July 6th, 2022, the Norton Shores Police Department received a call to assist with a medical emergency. Upon reaching the scene, officers encountered Shanda Vanderark, who reported that her teenage son was unresponsive. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) was guided to the basement, where they assessed 15-year-old Timothy Ferguson. Unfortunately, Timothy's body had already begun to stiffen, and he exhibited no pulse. EMS declared Timothy deceased, establishing the time of death.
