THE EVIL DEAD (1981) Reaction! | We Finally Watched A Horror Legend! | Bruce Campbell | Sam Raimi

Michael & Alli react to The Evil Dead (1981), the legendary horror classic that follows five friends who travel to a remote cabin in the woods and unknowingly unleash a demonic force after discovering an ancient book and mysterious recordings. As the night descends into madness, the film combines relentless terror, practical effects, and inventive filmmaking to create one of the most influential horror movies ever made. This reaction stands out for its intense scares, shocking moments, and nonstop horror, as Michael & Alli experience the film’s escalating chaos, gruesome encounters, and iconic horror imagery in real time. Written and directed by Sam Raimi (Spider-Man trilogy, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Darkman, Drag Me to Hell, A Simple Plan), the film stars Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead II, Army of Darkness, Burn Notice, Ash vs Evil Dead, Bubba Ho-Tep), Ellen Sandweiss (Evil Dead franchise, My Name Is Bruce, indie horror projects, regional filmmaking, Within the Woods), Richard DeManincor (The Evil Dead, Crimewave, indie film projects, horror cult classics, regional productions), Betsy Baker (The Evil Dead, Lake Effect, Running Time, indie horror projects, cult cinema), and Theresa Tilly (The Evil Dead, Oz the Great and Powerful, regional theater work, horror conventions, cult film appearances), bringing together a cast that helped launch one of horror’s most beloved franchises and a film that continues to influence generations of filmmakers and horror fans. ___________________________________________________ We've got merch!
