Although Debby Cole, a former business owner and corporate executive from Austin Texas, spent spent most of her adult life as a landscape photographer she never considered street photography until she attended (almost by accident) a workshop with Valerie Jardin in Paris. Debby says it changed her life. Since then Debby has traveled the world to connect with people and sharpen her skills. Even during the height of the pandemic, Debby ventures out almost daily to discover new things to photograph in Austin. Her transformation into a passionate street photographer was so profound that she was compelled to record her experience in a new book, Letting Go, How Less Becomes More.
