They explore how the NHS response to the pandemic has impacted long-term plan priorities, particularly in the light of the recently published Evidence Based Interventions Engagement document (from http://www.aomrc.org.uk/ebi/).Tom and David also discuss cooperation, collaboration and capacity management both within the NHS and with the independent sector. They consider how quickly hospitals and primary care will be able to clear the backlog of patients and the measures that might be brought in to enable this.Taking all of this into consideration, David and Tom discuss how the pharma and medtech industries can support the NHS at this time and how these changes may impact the future of market access.
