Confession: I am NOT an exercise fan, and I've struggled over the years to stick to a daily routine. After my adolescent years and as I became a mom, it became harder and harder to make time for exercise. Then, in my 30s, I had a sense that I should be moving more and feeling terrible just wasn't normal. Fast-forward to my 40s and now, 50s, and I have found exercise routines that I enjoy, that keep me motivated, and that help me feel my best.
