The Existential Problem of Evil
from Philosophy for All Hosted by Joshua
Send us Fan Mail The existential problem of evil plays a significant role in discussions surrounding the problem of evil. Unlike the conceptual presentation of the logical and evidential problem of evil, the existential problem of evil challenges whether God is worthy of our worship even if He exists. In this video, I approach the existential problem of evil from three perspectives, the difference between the conceptual and practical discussion on evil, Ivan Karamazov's rejection of the ticket, and Price's distinction between belief in and belief that. I hope you enjoy Apologies for the poor audio, I was recording this in another room to use the whiteboard!
